Amy’s yoga journey began in 2011 while working at lululemon, sparking a deep path of self-discovery and purpose. As a mom of four, two with ASD, yoga became her compass through life’s challenges. After pausing her initial 200-hour training in 2017, she returned years later—post-move, new baby, and COVID—to complete certifications in Hatha, Yin, Prenatal, and Children’s Yoga through YogaRenew. Now also a Certified Health and Life Coach and Board-Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, Amy specializes in yoga for kids, injury recovery, and accessible wellness for all.ll the difference.
Anastasia Pryanikova

Anastasia is a 200-hour certified yoga, aerial, and CirqFit Lyra instructor, as well as a breathwork coach and herbalist. With over 20 years of practice, she blends movement, mindfulness, and nature to create accessible, playful experiences. A former lawyer turned mom and entrepreneur, Anastasia believes yoga belongs everywhere—from farm fields to parking lots—helping students bring their practice into everyday life.
Suzanne Luciano
Teacher& Avocado Wrangler
After back surgery in 2015 and 2016, Suzanne discovered the healing power of yoga and never looked back. She earned her 200-hour certification in 2020 and completed her 300-hour in 2025.
Her teaching blends compassion and mindfulness, offering accessible, inclusive classes where every student feels welcome, supported, and empowered to move with strength and ease.

After 38 years of teaching and a lifetime of movement, Lynn discovered yoga while coaching gymnastics and found a new passion. She now blends her love of movement with decades of teaching experience to create supportive, accessible classes that inspire strength, balance, and joy.
Melissa Frost

Melissa has practiced yoga since 2014, finding it a path to balance and connection. A 200-hour graduate of Breathing Room’s Living Yoga program and Reiki-certified, she blends movement, breath, and mindfulness to help students reconnect with their true selves in a safe and playful space.
Jim Lopresti
Amazing Human Being
Jim has been a musician since childhood and now channels his passion through handpan and steel tonal drums. Drawing on his studies in Tibetan Buddhism, he creates soothing sound baths that encourage mindfulness, relaxation, and stress relief.
Laura Ceste

Laura has been practicing yoga for ten years and completed the AT Sangha 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training to deepen her understanding of the practice. What began as a way to move and stretch soon became a meditation in motion, a way to quiet the mind and connect more deeply to the self and body. Her approach centers around mindfulness and movement as a form of meditation. Through gentle awareness and intentional flow, Laura encourages students to listen to their bodies and find stillness within motion. She is also Reiki 1 & 2 certified.
Traci Weber

Traci’s yoga journey began in 1974 with Richard Hittleman’s Yoga 28 Day Exercise Plan—a discovery that changed her life. In 2013, she completed her 200-hour training at Soul Space with Rolf Gates and Nikki Myers, later earning certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yin, and Meditation, followed by her 300-hour RYT through My Vinyasa Practice. An outdoor enthusiast, Traci founded WalkAboutYoga, blending yoga, hiking, and community. A teacher, writer, and world traveler, she leads heartfelt, intuitive classes and is the author of Reclaim Your Wild.
Nanci Kaczegowicz
Teacher & Sound Bath Healer
Nanci is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner, holistic nurse, and wellness coach with advanced training in meditation, craniosacral therapy, and reiki. A 500-hour RYT, she completed her yoga teacher training through Jiiva and Asheville Yoga Center, with specialties in Yin, Nidra, Senior, and Back Care Yoga. Nanci integrates mind, body, and spirit practices to support deep healing and lifelong well-being.

"Kelly is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and E-RYT 500 with a Master’s in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health. A proud Air Force veteran, she brings over 8 years of experience teaching in studios, CrossFit gyms, VA hospitals, and online. As a C-IAYT, Kelly is certified across the full range of yoga modalities. She has external certifications in Meditation, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga, and as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). Kelly was also certified as an aerobics instructor from the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Texas, and is a current CrossFit Level 1 (CFL1) Trainer. "

Kim’s yoga journey deepened through AT Sangha’s classes, retreat in Bonaire, and 200-hour teacher training, where she found connection, balance, and purpose. A former dancer, she loves weaving movement and music together and is excited to share her joyful, heart-centered practice with the AT Sangha community.

Cheryl is a licensed Massage and craniosacral Therapist, Reiki Master, and creator of ritual foot soaks. She offers customized, holistic sessions that promote relaxation, relieve pain, and support overall well-being in a nurturing, therapeutic space.
Tom Jermain
Yoga Teacher & Comedian
Tom Jermain has been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2004. He trained and taught at LA’s once-premiere Anusara studio, City Yoga, teaches at Equinox, and recently completed the Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training in NYC. His classes are informative, challenging, and fun, with a grounded touch of spirituality.
Nyree Pinto

Nyree is a yoga teacher, certified life and executive coach, and 20-year cancer survivor whose work centers on mindfulness, growth, and connection. Drawing from her E3 Coach framework—Engage, Empower, Enable—she weaves breath, awareness, and intention into every practice.
Her classes and coaching sessions invite balance, resilience, and authentic presence—helping others realign with what matters most.
